Shipping and Timeframes
Turn around time
During the silly season our production time is 3 weeks. Every order is custom made and carefully packaged to then be shipped via Express Post. Shipping times are not included in this timeframe.
Local Pickup
We offer Local Pickup for Newcastle / Hunter Valley customers by arrangement – please get in touch if you would like to organise local pickup.
Online Order Shipping
All online orders will be shipped via Express Post with a flat fee of $10. See below for local pickup information.
All items are sent via Australia Post. They are packaged safely using bubble wrap and posted in boxes to prevent items from being damaged in transit. Once your order has been shipped, Letters from Belle can accept no responsibility for loss or any damage to your package.
Letters from Belle takes no responsibility if an item does not arrive to you in time. All of our orders will be tracked and we are more than happy to follow up on parcels, but unfortunately we cannot control the postal system. All orders are shipped from Newcastle, NSW Australia.
Letters from Belle only ships within Australia. Letters from Belle does not currently offer international shipping.
